K1 100-Day Trial and Returns

You may request a return of your K1 within 100 days of receiving it. You may try and use the product during this period, provided it is returned without damage and with all accessories included.

How to request a return

Email official@neofirefly.com with your order number to request return instructions and the return address before sending the product back.

Return destination and shipping costs

Returns must be sent to China. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping under this 100-day trial policy.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome. For approved returns, the amount paid for the returned item will be refunded to the original payment method and reach you within 7 calendar days of receipt and inspection.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and details so we can review the issue. This policy does not limit any applicable statutory consumer rights.
